If you require mortgage advice, Butterworth Sales and Lettings can introduce you to The Levels Financial Limited, a separate mortgage-advice business. The Levels Financial will contact you directly and will be responsible for any advice given, affordability assessment, product recommendation, mortgage application and arranging of any mortgage.

Butterworth Sales and Lettings is not authorised to provide mortgage advice, recommend mortgage products, assess your affordability or guarantee that a mortgage will be available. You are free to use The Levels Financial, another mortgage adviser or make your own arrangements. Your decision will not affect any separate sales, lettings or property-management services provided by Butterworth Sales and Lettings.
Referral fee disclosure: If you are introduced by us and subsequently complete a mortgage through The Levels Financial, The Levels Financial will pay Butterworth Sales and Lettings a referral fee of £150 plus VAT. This payment is made by The Levels Financial and is not an additional fee charged to you. It creates a financial interest for Butterworth Sales and Lettings, which we are disclosing so that you can make an informed choice.
The Levels Financial may charge a separate mortgage-advice fee. Please ask them for details before proceeding. Mortgage advice and any mortgage application are subject to the adviser's assessment, lender criteria and approval. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
