Chasing rent is one of the most time-consuming parts of being a landlord. Our Rent Collection service is designed to take that weight off your shoulders. Along with finding your tenant, we handle all the financial logistics and provide you with clear monthly statements, ensuring your investment stays on track without the awkward conversations.
Total Peace of Mind: Full Management
Our most popular choice, Full Management, is designed for landlords who want to know their property is in safe hands around the clock. We take care of everything—from maintenance and repairs to professional inspections.
The Ultimate Hands-Off Experience: Premium
For the landlord who wants the highest level of protection and service, our Premium package covers every base. This service includes everything in Full Management, rent reviews, serving of notices (S13 & S8) and lower set-up / re-let fees are included, plus your check-out reports. Rent protection and eviction warranty comes at a smaller price compared to Full Management with this service.
Keeping You Compliant and Safe
Staying on the right side of UK rental regulations is vital, but it can be a bit of a minefield. We make it easy by arranging all the necessary safety checks and certificates on your behalf.
- Gas Safety & Heating: We can handle your Gas Safety Record and Boiler Service, or a combined service for both.
- Compliance Checks: We also arrange EPCs, Electrical (EICR) reports, and Legionnaires’ Risk Assessments.
Transparent and Fair
We believe in clear, honest pricing. We don’t currently charge VAT on any of our fees. If you’re an overseas landlord, we can manage your tax deductions, and for any major renovations, our Full and Premium management clients can benefit from our professional project management.
