Who we are
Independent, approachable and invested in the work.
Based in Torquay, we specialise in fully managed lettings across Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Shaldon, Kingsteignton, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Plymouth & West Devon. Whether you own a single rental property or a growing portfolio, our team takes care of the compliance, the paperwork, and the day-to-day management so you can enjoy the returns without the stress.
As an independent agency, we pride ourselves on being approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in our community. The Renters' Rights Act 2026 has changed the lettings landscape, but with Butterworth on your side, you're never navigating it alone.
