Who are Daniel and Claire Butterworth?

We’re not a corporate machine. We’re not a franchise controlled by a boardroom in London. We’re a local team who genuinely love property, and we both happen to think the traditional way of selling and letting houses is a bit broken.

When you call this agency, you get people who know your property, your plans, and your name. Not three departments, two juniors, and someone reading from a script. Just personal service, straight answers, and a team approach that actually feels like one.

Daniel has over 20 years of experience in sales and lettings across Torbay, Teignbridge, and the South Hams. Claire started her career in 2004 and brings a great mix of independent agency experience, which means between us there’s not much this industry can throw over the fence that we haven’t already dealt with.

We’ve seen the good, the bad, and the "why on earth is that carpet purple?" And what people actually want isn’t a flashy office with a glass partition. They want someone they can trust. Someone who answers the phone, knows the difference between Torquay, Brixham and Newton Abbot, and actually cares if the boiler breaks.
